Fluency in Turkish and strong English communication will be essential in this highly international, customer-facing environment.
Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, providing technical support, relationship management, and guidance on platform adoption.
Partner with Sales and Solutions teams to design solutions, communicate technical use cases, support evaluations, and help prospective customers achieve successful technical outcomes.
Represent the needs of Turkish-speaking customers internally, translating complex business and technical requirements into clear specifications for general Product and Engineering teams.
Work with local compliance, operations teams, vendors, regulators, and partners to understand market-specific requirements and ensure they are communicated effectively to global teams.
Create solution documentation, implementation guidance, product materials, and Turkish-language collateral where appropriate.




Stay informed about product development and collaborate with Product teams to test and roll out new features for enterprise partners.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, SDKs, software integration workflows, WebSockets, JSON, and tools such as Postman and Grafana.
Native or business-level Turkish with excellent customer communication skills and a strong understanding of Turkish business culture.
English communication: Business-level English with the ability to collaborate effectively with globally distributed, cross-functional teams.
Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to balance technical problem-solving with commercial and customer objectives.
Experience with FIX, OpenAPI, ReadMe, Metabase, or technical documentation platforms is advantageous.
