Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in production or manufacturing management
Strong people management experience
Proficiency in English and Spanish
able to act as a partner to plant management
Strong change management and decision-making skills
Ability to lead projects to successful completion
