Are you a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing expert ready to make a general impact? We're looking for a strategic, data-driven leader to shape CRM strategy across Europe & Asia and drive engagement, retention & customer lifetime value.
What you'll do
Lead multi-channel CRM campaigns: email, SMS, push & messaging
Build automated workflows and optimize CRM platforms
Analyze, test & continuously improve performance
Collaborate with international, cross-functional teams
Help build and grow the CRM function
What we're looking for
~7+ years in CRM, email or lifecycle marketing
~ Strong expertise in segmentation & personalization
~ Hands-on CRM & marketing automation experience (HubSpot preferred)
~ Strong data & analytical skills (Power BI a plus)
~ International experience, ideally with exposure to Asian markets
~ Team leadership experience is a plus
