International Marketing is part of our International Business Development team, providing dedicated in-market execution for Evondos' priority new markets. We're looking for an International Marketing Lead to turn agreed commercial priorities into local campaigns, content, and market-entry activity across 3–4 priority new market areas. Working closely with International Business Managers, regional marketing colleagues, and in-market agency partners, you'll help build local traction and support commercial success as we expand into new markets.
Execute international marketing activity across 3–4 priority new market areas, in line with agreed commercial priorities.
Translate commercial priorities into focused market execution plans, working closely with International Business Managers.
Experiment with campaigns,



channels, messaging, events, and partnerships to identify what drives traction in each local market.
Build and activate customer advocacy, reference stories, and market proof points that strengthen commercial credibility in new markets.
Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within healthcare, medtech, or public sector environments.
A track record of delivering marketing initiatives that support revenue, pipeline growth, and market traction.
Experience contributing to marketing activity across multiple international or multi-market contexts.
Multilingual capability required; German, Spanish and French are desired, alongside excellent English.
Bonus points if you hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
