The Country Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving the performance of all business units within the Iberia Area, ensuring profitability, operational excellence, and strategic alignment with group objectives.



This role includes full P&L; responsibility of the country, team leadership, and the development of local market strategies across Service Business, Photo Distribution, and Thermal Transfer Ribbon activities.
Strategic & Business Leadership:
Develop and execute the country strategy across all business units.
Ensure profitability and sustainable growth of the local office.
Monitor and optimize financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Foster a high-performance culture and ensure team alignment with group business goals.
Oversee recruitment, training, and development of local staff closely with the HRBP.
Drive sales performance and market penetration across all product lines.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
