The Head of HR, EMEA will be responsible for leading the Human Resources function across the EMEA region, ensuring the effective implementation of the company's global People strategy while adapting it to local business and market needs. Based at the company's headquarters in Madrid, the role will provide strategic and operational HR leadership across multiple countries, partnering closely with senior business leaders, country management teams and the integral HR organization.
This is a broad, generalist HR leadership position, combining strategic thinking with strong operational execution. The successful candidate will lead and develop the regional HR team, act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and ensure consistency, quality and effectiveness across the full employee lifecycle.
Develop and execute the EMEA HR strategy in alignment with the company's overall business objectives and global People strategy.
Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to the EMEA leadership team and senior country leaders.
Lead, manage and develop the EMEA HR team, ensuring clear objectives,



accountability and high standards of performance.
Lead regional talent management and succession planning initiatives in partnership with global HR and business leaders.
Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and company policies, working closely with local HR teams and external advisors where appropriate.
Drive HR transformation, digitalization and process improvement initiatives across EMEA.
Identify opportunities to increase the efficiency, scalability and quality of HR services.
10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with significant experience in international and/or regional HR roles.
