About the role
Strategically plan and manage warehouses and services to support plant operation requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and train warehouse staff and personnel
- Work proactively with plant managers and staff, as well as with various departments, to achieve efficiencies and manage expectations
- Ensure that all movement of commodities inbound and outbound is documented and processed in accordance with established procedures
- Analyze and evaluate planning inputs such as usage, trends, availability constraints, storage and handling
- Carry out a weekly inventory count to reconcile inventory records for raw materials and finished goods with vigente stock on hand against records in the inventory management system
- Recommend improvements to existing procedures to reduce cost and increase efficiency

About you
- College graduate in any field or course
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics operations
- Experience in SAP or similar ERP systems
- Strong leadership and people management skills
