As our next Veeva Vault CRM Consultant, you will contribute to solving meaningful challenges across the life sciences industry. About the role
As a Veeva Vault CRM Consultant, you will work closely with clients and colleagues to address complex challenges across the life sciences value chain. You will take ownership of your work and contribute to delivering solutions that create real, lasting impact.
Your responsibilities include:
Life Sciences CRM Implementation & Support
- Support implementation of Veeva Vault CRM
- Assist with object, fields, lifecycles, workflows, roles/permission, and reports
- Help with preparation and loading of setup data, historical data and prepare environment setup.
- Support testing activities including preparation of UAT scripts and support clients for execution.

Business & Team Collaboration




- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements
- Participate in client workshops and internal project meetings
- Work closely with more senior consultants to translate requirements into solutions
- Provide end-user support and prepare basic training materials.
- Execute Train the Trainer or End user trainings remotely or onsite.

Compliance & Quality
- Assist with documentation such as configuration specs and test scripts
- Ensure delivered solutions meet quality and audit standards
- Follow life sciences compliance, country specific regulations and validation guidelines (when necessary)

You bring:
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience with the Veeva Vault platform, including a basic understanding of Veeva Vault configuration
- Previous experience in, or a strong interest in, life sciences (pharma, biotech, or medical devices)
- Familiarity with Agile or project-based delivery
- A bachel
