Blu Selection is hiring for a General Manager Spain to launch and scale our local transport and logistics operations in Madrid/Barcelona. You will own the ground-up setup, drive market entry, and build a regional team to deliver last‑mile services for major clients.
Lead end-to-end operations, manage P&L; and KPIs, and establish partnerships with regional brands and e‑commerce players while reporting to executive leadership during an intensive onboarding phase.
