A property management firm in Calvià is looking for a Property Accountant to take charge of community client accounting. This position offers a stable indefinite contract, a convenient morning timetable, and a collaborative local work environment in Calvià.
Role Responsibilities
- Managing and updating the accounting of client communities of property owners using the specialized GESFINCAS software.
- Recording all community income, expenses, invoices, and bank movements accurately.
- Assisting in closing periodic accounts and preparing financial balances for property administrations.
- Handling day-to-day administrative accounting tasks related to community property management.

Requirements




- Practical experience in accounting for property owner communities (comunidades de propietarios).
- Solid working knowledge and proficiency with the GESFINCAS property management accounting software.
- A methodical, detail-oriented approach to financial data entry and reconciliations.

Conditions and Compensation
- An indefinite employment contract (contrato fijo) starting on 01/09/2026.
- Part-time commitment of 20 hours per week, with a morning schedule from 9:00 to 13:00.
- A gross annual salary of 17,500 EUR distributed across 14 annual payments.
- Workplace based locally in the municipality of Calvià, Mallorca.
