Utopia is seeking a technically strong architect to join our design team, focusing on boutique hospitality assets and high-end villa projects. You will translate design intent into precise, buildable documentation and coordinate with structural, MEP, and interiors teams using BIM.
You will work across late design phases (RIBA 3-5 approximately 75%), with early-stage support up to 25%. Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and positive English communication are required.
