Role summary:
As a Senior Due Diligence Associate, you will play a key role in safeguarding client assets by overseeing fund activity and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including AIFMD. You will conduct due diligence reviews on key service providers such as Fund Managers, Administrators, Prime Brokers, and Sub‑Custodians, assess risks, and support ongoing monitoring and governance activities. Working closely with Depositary, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams, you will help deliver high‑quality oversight, maintain strong client service standards, and contribute to the integrity of Apex Group’s investment operations.
