Our client is a integral technology leader in renewable energy solutions, operating in more than 170 countries and supporting the energy transition through advanced power electronics, smart energy management, and digital technologies.We are seeking a Sales Director South Europe to lead and expand inverter and power conversion system (PCS) sales across the South European market.This role will be responsible for driving regional sales strategy, managing a team of sales managers across multiple European territories, and building strong relationships with key customers in the energy sector.The position plays a critical role in achieving revenue, growth, and profitability targets across the region.The successful candidate will bring strong experience in the European energy sector, proven leadership in managing high-performing sales teams, and a solid technical understanding of power electronics and energy infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of regional sales managers responsible for inverter, PCS,



and related power electronics solutions across Europe.
- Drive regional sales growth and deliver against annual revenue and profitability targets.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers and partners in the European energy and solar sectors.
- Develop and execute account penetration strategies to expand business with both existing and new customers.
- Oversee sales forecasting, supply planning, and inventory coordination in collaboration with operations teams.
- Collaborate closely with global headquarters and EMEA stakeholders to support regional business objectives.
- Work cross-functionally with other business units to develop integrated solution offerings, including combined hardware packages and system solutions.
- Lead negotiations of major framework agreements with strategic accounts.
