We are hiring for a temporary role in our site in Tarragona (Spain) a highly motivated and service‑oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The idóneo candidate is a native French speaker with strong English communication skills, passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and capable of managing inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Provide high‑quality customer support via phone, email, and other communication channels.




Manage customer inquiries, orders, and issue resolution with accuracy and care.
Ensure timely follow‑up and maintain strong customer satisfaction levels.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, graphics...) to solve customer needs.
Maintain accurate records and follow established processes and service standards.

Requirements

Native-level French (mandatory).
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer‑focused mindset with problem‑solving abilities.
Experience in customer service or a similar role is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
