? About the role

We are looking for a MuleSoft Platform Operations Engineer – L2 Support to join an international, cross-functional technology environment.
In this role, you will support the day-to-day operation, stability, and service continuity of a MuleSoft platform within the Europe shift, ensuring incidents and operational activities are managed within agreed SLA timelines.
This is a platform operations and production support position rather than an API development role. You will focus on incident resolution, troubleshooting, log analysis, service requests, deployments, change activities, runbook execution, and continuous operational improvement.
You will work with technologies such as MuleSoft Flex Gateway / Omni Gateway, Terraform, OpenShift, ArgoCD, GitHub, AWS, and Azure, while collaborating with internal teams, external providers, and international stakeholders.

? What you’ll do

? Support and oversee L2 operational activities during the Europe shift, ensuring service continuity and SLA compliance
? Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within agreed SLA timelines
? Perform platform analysis, log investigation, and technical troubleshooting to identify the cause of operational issues
? Escalate complex incidents to senior engineers / L3 teams when required
? Support daily operational activities, service requests, and production support tasks
? Support deployment, release, and change implementation activities
? Execute documented operational procedures, runbooks, recovery steps, and service restoration activities
? Support MuleSoft Flex Gateway / Omni Gateway environments and platform setup activities
? Work with Terraform to support platform and infrastructure configuration activities
