Задачи
Partner with marketing and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, improve efficiency, and shape strategic initiatives
Lead analytical deep dives to surface insights and translate them into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
Visualize and communicate analytical findings clearly to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization
Apply statistical methodologies to evaluate performance and account for uncertainties in major initiatives
Explore and prototype AI-driven automation opportunities to streamline investigations and improve decision-making
Требования
Experience with predictive modeling, statistics, experimental design, optimization, or data visualization
Understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs, including campaign optimization, Lifetime Value (LTV) modeling,
and incrementality analysis
Proficiency in SQL and Python with hands-on experience in Redshift, Databricks, PySpark, and Airflow
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous questions into data-driven insights
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex data in simple, actionable terms
Proven work experience in data analytics or data science roles
BS in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, or another quantitative field
Nice to have: Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, experience automating recurring analytics workflows, Master’s, MBA, or PhD, English, Spanish, or Catalan language skills
