Responsibilities
Build and progressively grow client portfolios by identifying and securing win-win business opportunities across the sales cycle, including acquisition, retention, and upsell.
Execute effectively against KPI metrics, targets, goals, and strategic objectives set by the management team.
Educate clients and agencies on TikTok products, company updates, platform best practices, and relevant solutions for their business needs.
Collaborate with a diverse group of internal cross-functional teams to identify, create, and implement creative ad solutions focused on measurable business results for client partners.
Support the team in managing relationships with key clients and agency partners across media, creative, and marketing teams.
Help clients and agencies understand product solutions and best practices to grow existing business and improve campaign performance.
Plan media activations and maintain an accurate record of pending, active, and upcoming campaign plans.
Support the management of campaign schedules, budgets, and ad placement availability.
Work with product and campaign execution teams to ensure ad specifications, rates, setup, reporting, and optimization are accurate and aligned with client objectives.
Monitor campaign performance and provide clear reporting and optimization recommendations.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications- Experience managing campaigns across multiple advertising solutions, formats, and placements.
Knowledge and proven experience in strategic planning and sales approaches.
Experience in a client-facing role, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
High oral and written fluency in Spanish and English, required to communicate directly with stakeholders and vendors across Spain and Europe.
