KULT FARM is seeking an experienced process engineer to translate lab-scale mycelium-based production to industrial-scale manufacturing. You will design, validate, and implement scalable production processes for Solid-State Fermentation, with hands-on work alongside our pilot plant team.
You will upgrade current processes to industrial scale and collaborate with external partners, equipment suppliers, and production experts to ensure technical and process fidelity.
