About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive AR & AP Accountant to join our regional accounting function in Barcelona. In this role, you will take ownership of the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes across our entities in the United Kingdom, Poland, France and Spain,



working in a culture where “good enough” is replaced by “accurate and scalable”. This is an excellent opportunity for a collaborative generalist who enjoys working across borders, managing high volumes of transactions, and continuously improving processes alongside our procurement and AP/AR automation tools.

What will I be doing?

Accounts Payable:

Accurately process, code and input vendor invoices for our entities in the UK, Poland, France and Spain, ensuring timely and correct payments.

Accounts Receivable:

Issue customer invoices, monitor outstanding balances and drive collections across the four countries, escalating overdue accounts as needed.

Vendor & Customer Management:

Act as the main point of contact for vendor and customer inquiries regarding invoices, payment status and account queries, ensuring timely and professional communication.

Reconciliations:

Perform regular reconciliations of AP and AR ledgers, bank accounts and interco
