We’re looking for someone who canshape the commercial strategy from day one , combining market insight, pricing, product and sales execution to drive the success of high-end residential developments.What will you do?Define thecommercial strategy, buyer persona and target demandfor each project.Shape theresidential productalongside the development team.Own and continuously optimizepricing and sales strategy .Take responsibility for theSales P&L; and commercial performance .Define and track keyKPIs , from sales pace and conversion to pricing and absorption.Leadsales teams,
