Teatown is hiring its first Backend Engineer (Java/Spring Boot) to build and own backend work for regulated clients in a flexible, remote-friendly setup. You’ll lead backend development, own client outcomes, and shape the early technical direction of the company.
Adecuado candidates have 7+ years in large-scale backends, cloud-native experience, and leadership capability. Spanish-based near Málaga or German-speaking with relocation enthusiasm is a plus.
