to join our Legal & Compliance team. Reporting directly to the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer, you will help strengthen and scale the Legal & Compliance function as Heymondo enters its next phase of international growth.

This is a high-impact opportunity to work at the heart of a fast-paced, tech-driven business, collaborating across teams with a primary focus on compliance implementation and monitoring, insurance regulation, commercial contracting, data protection, and cross-functional legal support.





Mission
Support the Legal & Compliance area in managing day-to-day legal and regulatory matters, ensuring compliance, mitigating legal risks, and offering agile, practical guidance to various business units.

Main responsibilities

Draft and review contracts with suppliers, insurers, aggregators/comparison websites, partners, and other third parties.

Provide support on data protection and privacy matters, including queries, risk assessments, security incidents, and potential data breaches.

Monitor regulatory developments and assist in their practical implementation across different entities and business units within the group.

Support the implementation and ongoing monitoring of the compliance programme, including policies, procedures, the risk map, controls, internal communications and training, evidence, and internal documentation.
