Mission of the Role
Our customers grow fast: they add capacity, technologies and geographies every year. Your mission is to make sure that growth is reflected in the commercial relationship.
You will own a portfolio of :15 existing accounts end to end and carry an annual expansion quota, built on:
Repricing at renewal: volume tiering, indexation and contract structures that scale with the value we deliver.
Upsell and Cross-sell of new modules, technologies and geographies within existing customer groups.
Retention: anticipating risk and defending price and scope at every renewal.
New logos are closed by our Account Executives. Everything after signature belongs to you — onboarding is delivered by our Integration team and support by our Support team, but you are the single owner of the customer relationship inside Green Eagle. This is a
quota-carrying role , not an account maintenance role.
What You Will Do
Lead renewal and repricing negotiations across your portfolio.
Build an account plan for every client: growth trajectory, expansion levers, renewal strategy.
Drive upsell and cross-sell of additional products and technology coverage.
