Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced

Site Manager

to join our team in

Costa del Sol (Málaga) . In this role, you will oversee daily site construction, supervise subcontractors, manage material logistics, and ensure strict compliance with quality, technical, and safety standards across our residential developments.
This opportunity is idóneo for candidates residing near Marbella, Estepona, or nearby towns such as Benahavís, Casares,



Manilva, Ojén, San Pedro de Alcántara, Mijas, or surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities

Subcontractor Supervision:

Coordinate and supervise the daily activities and tasks of all site subcontractors, including verifying completed work measurements.
Occupational Health & Safety (OHS):

Monitor compliance with OHS measures on-site and act as a preventive resource.
Progress Control & Reporting:

Track construction progress and submit regular updates using standardized reporting templates.
Material Management:

Oversee the entry, storage, supply, and exit of all construction materials on-site.
Quality Assurance & Finishes:

Enforce the company quality system, verify technical documentation, and control final project finishes using detailed site checklists.
Commercial Fidelity:

Ensure executed work accurately matches commercial and technical specifications provided to clients.
