Key Responsabilities
Strategic Management: Define the development strategy, procurement plan, and project-specific procedures (PEP).
Financial Control and Planning: Monitor the progress of the cost plan, master schedule, and risk register to ensure accurate forecasts.
Leadership and Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact with the Client and coordinate consultants, designers, and contractors through effective communication strategies and meetings.
Quality and Compliance: Ensure adherence to the Quality Management System by managing inspections, snag lists, and customized workflows in real time.
Reporting: Prepare monthly status reports for the client and Operations Management, ensuring full transparency.

Reducing unforeseen issues and rework through planning and resourceoptimization.
Operational Efficiency: Aligning field activities with project standards and monitoringprogress in real time.

Applicationof the Best Environmental Practices Manual.

Job Requirements
Experience: At least 2 years of demonstrable experience.
Education: Degree in Industrial Engineer, Electrical Engineer or Technical arquitecture. In any case, a specialist in construction and building systems.
Professional Skills and Knowledge: Office 365, Microsoft Project, and professional English.
