We need someone who has exceptional support service standards that can offer support to our Sales Team with their administrative duties. This role will require this person to process and maintain contracts, have proficient reporting skills, coordinate sales efforts in the geographical working area while representing this international hotel chain.

What will you do?

The role will report directly to the Contract Management Team Leader and will support the Directors of Business Development of Global Sales NORAM & UK and Sales Managers & Directors in the sourcing & conversion of Business RFPs (Transient & Group) inquiries.

Coordination support for Corporate & Consortia Global Contracting: to create, maintain and update account RFP files in accordance with agreed standards during the full sales process (RFI, Business Case Analysis, RFP Preparation & Launch, Negotiations, Rate Loadings and Rate & Availability Audits, Etc.), and interact with all RFP Tools for proper RFP account management procedures.
