Company specializing in the development and manufacturing of complex generic pharmaceuticals located in Sant Boi de Llobregat.
Funciones
- Own and manage the DMS, QMS and LMS application landscape throughout its lifecycle.
- Ensure application availability, performance, reliability and compliance.
- Coordinate and manage upgrades, releases, patches and system changes.
- Lead the resolution of complex incidents and perform root cause analyses and take preventive measures?
- Manage relationships with external vendors and monitor service levels and performance.
- Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams and suppliers.
- Translate business requirements into functional solutions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage user access, permissions and security in accordance with company policies.
- Develop and maintain application documentation,
procedures and training materials.
- Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to end users and colleagues.
Requisitos
- Bachelor's degree (BSc) in IT, Information Management, Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in application management, functional management or a comparable role.
- Experience with DMS, QMS, LMS or other regulated business-critical applications.
- Experience with vendor management and project-based work.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is an advantage.
