You are the strategic translator between the complex business worlds of our clients and the technological capabilities of our software " Miles ". As a Senior Business Analyst, you dive deep into the operational realities of general automotive and leasing companies to uncover their true needs. You don't just document requirements; you challenge the status quo and design efficient, future-proof business processes. In this pivotal role at a hidden champion of mobility tech, you act as a trusted advisor to our clients and a mentor to your team, ensuring that our solutions deliver real commercial value.

Your responsibilities will include:

You lead high-level workshops with client stakeholders to dissect their business processes and identify opportunities for optimization
