Maintenance Technician

Main Activities And Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production lines and industrial installations;
Support production through line adjustments and format changeovers;
Diagnose and resolve electrical, electromechanical and automation breakdowns;
Work with electrical systems, PLCs, sensors, drives and industrial automation equipment;
Participate in continuous improvement, digitalisation and process optimization projects;
Register technical incidents and support root cause analysis;
Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering and Quality teams to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency;
Ensure compliance with safety, quality and company standards.
We Are Looking For

Technical degree or vocational training in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics or similar;
Proven experience in industrial production environments;
Solid knowledge of industrial electricity and a good understanding of automation systems;
Experience in diagnosing and resolving electrical breakdowns;




Ability to work autonomously, with a problem-solving mindset;
Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams;
Availability to work rotating shifts (morning/afternoon);
Residence in the San Adrián area or willingness to commute.
Nice To Have

Experience with PLCs, variable frequency drives and servomotors;
Participation in continuous improvement or technical projects;
Experience in the metalworking or metal packaging industry (3-piece cans);
Knowledge of ERP systems.
