We are looking for a STORE MANAGER (Full-time - Barcelona) for our new store in Barcelona. You are a Manager, with a strong orientation towards business and Customer Satisfaction. Responsibilities

Support the area manager in daily activities by actively contributing to the design of the Store's commercial and HR strategy

360° management of your shop

Plan, implement and monitor the measures necessary to achieve and exceed sales objectives





Ensure and collaborate in the implementation of merchandising standards and optimize sales space to maximize profitability

Manage the warehouse by maintaining the correct stock level in compliance with product replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies

Possess good product and fashion knowledge, know and apply brand and seasonal visual merchandising standards

Supervise the reception of customers, ensuring that it is in line with POP MART guidelines

Coordination of commercial and organizational activities particularly on your Store (animations, events, new launches, CRM campaigns)

Train New Joiners and accompany them on their path of growth and development in collaboration

Act as a role model and promote effective communication within the sales team

Monitor the performance of your team (KPIs and achievement of personal and store objectives) and animate it in order to achieve results
