Задачи

Coordinate and supervise the Talent Acquisition team of three professionals, ensuring efficient, compliant and high-quality recruitment delivery;
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, support hiring managers, and ensure alignment with OTM-R principles, DEI commitments, and internal HR policies and procedures;
Monitor recruitment performance through KPIs, reporting, and quality controls, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement;
Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives to strengthen organisational visibility, reputation, and candidate experience;
Collaborate across Human Resources activities, supporting employee lifecycle processes, HR programmes, and people-related policies and initiatives;
Act as an HR partner to managers and employees,



providing guidance and contributing to a positive, inclusive, and engaging employee experience.
Требования

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field;
Professional proficiency in Spanish and English;
Fluency in Catalan;
At least 10 years of professional experience in Human Resources, including significant Talent Acquisition experience;
Experience coordinating teams and recruitment processes with focus on service quality and policy compliance;
Experience with ATS platforms, recruitment technologies, sourcing strategies, and job portals;
Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills;
Proactive, results-oriented, and highly adaptable approach;
High professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion when handling sensitive information;
Ability to analyse recruitment metrics and KPIs for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement;
