BizAway provides technology-driven travel management services and solutions for companies, with a focus on sustainability, smart processes, and the B2B travel and expense ecosystem.
Задачи

Own and drive the go-to-market strategy for new features, product launches, and key initiatives
Define and refine product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for different ICPs and personas
Collaborate closely with the Product team to translate roadmap and features into customer-facing narratives
Work with Marketing to ensure consistent communication across the website, campaigns, sales materials, and other channels
Enable Sales and Customer Success teams with product storytelling, training, and materials, including decks, one-pagers, and battlecards
Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to inform positioning and GTM decisions
Support product adoption and engagement through clear communication and enablement strategies
Measure and optimise GTM performance, messaging effectiveness, and product understanding across teams
Требования





4+ Years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or B2B SaaS Marketing
Proven experience in go-to-market strategy and execution
Strong ability to translate complex product features into clear business value
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
An analytical mindset with the ability to use data to support decisions
Comfortable in a fast-growing, scale-up environment
Nice to have: experience in travel tech, fintech, or expense management SaaS, background in mid-market or enterprise B2B environments, familiarity with sales enablement and revenue teams' workflows, experience with product launches in international markets, ability to balance strategic thinking with execution speed, curiosity, ownership mindset, and strong collaboration skills
