Junior Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer (m/f/d)

Your tasks

RPA Development & Lifecycle: End-to-end responsibility for the entire lifecycle of UiPath robots—from evaluation, design, and audit-compliant documentation through testing, go-live, and production
Operation, Optimization & Troubleshooting: Continuous operational support for all active robots in the system, structured incident management (troubleshooting bot crashes) and implementing necessary optimizations
Interface Support (AOIT & AOB): Technical support for the Application Owner IT in packaging software components and technical updates,



and providing go-live support as well as providing subject-matter expertise to the Business Application Owner in assessing new requirements, continuously monitoring bots, and adapting to system changes
Consulting & Potential Analysis: Systematic analysis of automation potential in the bank’s business processes, as well as advising business units on customized solution scenarios
Knowledge Transfer & Innovation: Designing and conducting RPA training for colleagues as well as researching new technologies for integration into the RPA landscape

How to convince us

Solid Education: Successfully completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration/Economics with a strong IT focus, or a comparable qualification with relevant IT work experience
Field-proven RPA expertise: You possess in-depth, field-proven development skills in the UiPath platform and are familiar with the lifecycle of software robots
