We are looking for an Out Systems Tech Lead (Out Systems 11 & ODC) with strong architectural vision and hands-on expertise to lead the delivery of enterprise-grade applications and guide teams in best practices, innovation, and maintainability. High english level is required.
Key Responsibilities:




Define and review solution architectures for Out Systems applications Ensure compliance with architectural standards and development best practices Design process-driven and case-driven solutions using BPT and CMF Guide development teams on architecture, design decisions, and implementation approaches Establish and enforce coding standards and development guidelines Perform architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical risk assessments Identify and resolve technical debt, anti-patterns, scalability issues, and performance bottlenecks Participate in development activities and support release preparation Mentor team members and provide continuous technical leadership Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery Mandatory requirements: Strong expertise in Out Systems 11 and Out Systems Developer Cloud (ODC) Deep knowledge of Out Systems architecture: modularization, dependency management, scalability, and maintainability Experience with BPT and Case Management Framework (CMF) Strong understanding of layered architecture and enterprise application design Proven experience refactoring legacy Out Systems
