As part of our growing team, we're seeking a Dev Ops Engineer. Based in Madrid (El Escorial), this role will put you at the core of a public sector client's infrastructure, ensuring the reliability and performance of their containerized platform.
Your Role
You are a key pillar of our client's platform operations, providing hands-on technical expertise in containerization and platform administration. You'll ensure the deployment, optimization, and day-to-day operation of the client's Open Shift and container infrastructure. You'll work in a hybrid setup,



with 3 days per week on-site at the client, coordinating closely with development and infrastructure teams to keep applications running smoothly and securely.
Your Responsibilities-Administer and maintain the container platform (Kubernetes/Open Shift), ensuring stability and performance.-Deploy and manage application releases, including rollback strategies where needed.-Automate operational tasks through scripting and tools such as Ansible.-Monitor systems, diagnose incidents, and drive root-cause resolution.-Manage access control and apply security best practices within the container environment.-Collaborate with client teams to align on operational priorities and standards.
What You Bring-3 to 5 years of experience in Dev Ops / infrastructure administration.-Expert-level hands-on experience with container management (Docker, Kubernetes).-Proven experience with Open Shift specifically.-Familiarity with CI/CD
