What you'll do:* Advisory and business partnering: provide effective advice and support in a timely and proactive manner to key business stakeholders / senior management* Employee engagement and lifecycle management:



manage and support business stakeholders in all People cycles such as salary reviews, performance reviews and engagement action planning* Employee relations: address and resolve high-level employee issues, including grievances, appeals, and complex disciplinary issues and dismissals* Project management: own and deliver complex and cross-functional projects and drive progress towards business goal* Policy implementation and improvement: engage and coordinate with key stakeholders on data collection and policy implementationWhat we're looking for:* Relevant experience in a HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role operating in a global, fast-paced and general/distributed environment. Ideally within a Tech team.* experience in managing and resolving employees' disciplinary issues in partnership with your business stakeholders* Good knowledge of Italian employment legislation and its practical application,good knowledge of the CCNL Commercio is mandatory.* Advanced
