Overview of the Role
As a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant , you will play a pivotal role in strengthening HCLTech's brand presence in Spain by delivering world-class SAP SuccessFactors solutions. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive functional and technical support, collaborating with business stakeholders, and driving ongoing system optimization and enhancements.



Your expertise will contribute directly to the success of integral HR transformation initiatives, ensuring robust, scalable, and innovative HR technology solutions that align with HCLTech's strategic vision.
Detailed Responsibilities
Deliver functional and technical support for SAP SuccessFactors modules, including AMS (L2/L3) incident analysis, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
Resolve end-user issues and manage tickets related to module configurations and permissions.
Develop custom reports and analytics dashboards using SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.
Support system upgrades, quarterly releases, and regression testing activities.
Configure, maintain, and optimize SAP SuccessFactors solutions across multiple HR modules.
