We are looking for a Software / Dev Ops Engineer to play a key role in helping our software development teams migrate to the cloud and adopt Dev Ops best practices across the project of the client from the banking sector. Work Location: Work model in hybrid in Madrid (3 days at the office, 2 WFH), Feel free to apply if you are also open to relocation
Main tasks and accountabilities will be: Support multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
and product teams in onboarding to our internal Dev Ops platform and curated Azure services Drive the re-platforming/migration of applications to cloud infrastructure while ensuring adherence to enterprise standards, compliance controls, and secure-by-design principles Drive the migration of CI/CD pipelines from Bitbucket/Jenkins to Git Lab, ensuring alignment with platform standards and compliance requirements Collaborate closely with development teams, educating and enabling them on Dev Ops practices, CI/CD automation, and cloud-native development Contribute to improving the developer experience by creating templates, documentation, and training materials that simplify platform adoption What do we expect from you?
Software engineer with profound hands-on experience (5+ years) in application development (Java,. NET, Python, or similar)Practical experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and migrating between toolchains (Bitbucket/Jenkins → Git Lab)Strong understanding of Dev Ops principles, Git workflows, and modern delivery practices Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and
