Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate demand, supply and financial inputs across functions incl B2B
- Ensure data readiness and alignment prior to IBP forums
- Plan and manage IBP cycle calendar and milestones
- Support and co-facilitate IBP forums (P≺, DR, SR, S&OP;)
- Structure issues into clear discussion topics
- Synchronize/Integrate existing B2B FDF/API S&OP; process with new IBP set-up
- Track decisions, actions and escalations
- Ensure follow-up and closure of actions
- Escalate issues to Platform IBP Lead where needed
- Ensure adherence to IBP processes and standards





What you need to bring to the role
- 8–12+ years in supply chain, planning, finance or commercial roles
- Experience in commercial planning, demand planning or S&OP; / IBP environments including deep understanding of business processes in a vertically integrated platform (ie Anti-Infectives API demand- & supply management)
- Experience in S&OP; / IBP processes involving 3rd party customer relationships
- Strong cross-functional exposure and business understanding
- Experience working in complex, multi-market environments
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- English fluent is mandatory
