Funciones
- Planificar, organizar, coordinar y supervisar el trabajo de las secciones que dependen de él.
- Supervisar diariamente el planning de reservas de habitaciones a corto, medio y largo plazo, informes de ocupación y estadísticas, así como la lista de “no llegados”, clientes VIP, etc.
- Comprobar los “Rooming List” de los grupos, la asignación de habitaciones y cambios.
- Atender, registrar y asignar habitaciones personalmente a clientes cuando es necesario.
