- Lead and support People Technology projects from planning through execution, aligning scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
- Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, communication plans, and status reports for multiple concurrent initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver People Technology programs on time
- Manage bi-annual system releases by evaluating functionality, tracking enhancements, and presenting recommendations and business impacts
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhancements to employee and manager experiences




- Support organizational change management for People systems and process changes, including communications, training, and adoption strategies
- Coordinate and execute communication and training efforts, including leadership forums, newsletters, knowledge articles, guides, and training materials
- Partner with People, Finance, and Workday support teams to develop and execute sponsorship, communication, training, and resistance management plans
- Measure and evaluate communication, training, and adoption activities to identify improvement opportunities
