As an Administration & Facility Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring our office operations run seamlessly every day.
From supporting administrative processes to coordinating facility-related activities, you'll help create a productive, welcoming, and well-organized workplace for employees, visitors, and business partners. Responsibilities:
- Management and follow-up of general service supplier contracts for Spain & Portugal offices
- Control and payment of supplier invoices
- Control and order of office supplies & furniture
- Follow up, organizing and overseeing all regular and occasional maintenance of office
- Manage the day-to-day administration of the company car fleet (approximately 60 cars). This includes managing insurance, providing support to employees about car, managing fuel cards and parking, etc...
