Within this hub, we oversee the sourcing of logistics services, inland transportation of heavy components (blades, towers, nacelles), port operations, and service procurement supporting the construction phase of our wind farms.

Position Summary
We are looking for procurement professionals with a commercial, strategic, and analytical mindset to join our Logistics & Construction Procurement team.
In this role (Individual Contributor, no direct reports), you will be responsible for procuring specialized services (rather than physical products), leading negotiations across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Your main goal will be to analyze cost structures, perform competitive price benchmarks, and secure advantageous commercial agreements that ensure compliance with timelines, quality standards, and project budgets across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
Service Management & Negotiation: Lead the sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation of contracts for logistics services, specialized transport, and construction support.
Cost Analysis & Benchmarking: Develop and maintain cost models, price benchmarks, and offer comparisons to challenge cost premises with financial arguments and secure the best commercial terms.
Stakeholder Management & Negotiation: Drive negotiations and build strong relationships across multiple stakeholders (suppliers, operations, logistics, sales, legal, and finance) to align business objectives.
Bidding & Project Support: Collaborate with sales and tendering teams during the bidding
