The Role

As a People Assistant at DAZN, you’ll play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our People (HR) function,



helping ensure our people-related processes run efficiently and accurately. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their HR career in an international, fast-paced environment.

You’ll be involved in a wide range of HR administrative tasks, including onboarding and offboarding, HR system updates, payroll coordination, and responding to employee queries. You’ll also support with employee documentation, data management, and compliance with local employment legislation.

You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across Recruitment, Payroll, and Global People teams to deliver a best-in-class employee experience in the UK and internationally.

This role will be based in our Madrid office.

Please note, our Talent Acquisition team and some Hiring teams are based in the UK so parts of the recruitment process will be in English.
