The right person for this role is organized, trustworthy, detail-oriented, aTIMETOACT GROUP | Cuenca or Home Office | Full-time & Permanent employment | Available nowYour RolePrimary ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources SupportKeep employee records updated in our HR system and properly organized, both digital and physical.Support the preparation and follow-up of employment contracts, terminations, HR letters, certificates, and other employee documentation.Assist with payroll inputs such as overtime, bonuses, commissions, absences, vacation requests, and other employee updates.Support the coordination of vacation requests, leaves, permissions, and internal HR processes.Coordinate occupational health and safety activities, medical exams,



training sessions, and related documentation.Support employee relations processes with confidentiality and professionalism.Recruitment and SelectionPublish job openings on different platforms.Review resumes and identify candidates who match the requirements.Contact candidates and coordinate interviews (after the first filter and screening call).Conduct initial phone interviews in English and Spanish.Follow up on technical tests, assessments, references, and background checks when required.Keep candidate files, job descriptions, and recruitment documentation organized and up to date.Support the preparation of candidate summaries and hiring documentation.Onboarding and OffboardingCoordinate new hire documentation, equipment delivery, access requests, and onboarding checklists.Support new employees during their first days and follow up during the probation period.Maintain onboarding and offboarding d
