We are looking for a highly motivated Business Manager who is passionate about driving operational and financial governance, as well as project management office topics for the Group's Technology area. You will join a dynamic and experienced team within the COO Chief of Staff unit, comprised of experts who act as sparring partners to the COO senior management, supporting them in achieving their objectives and vision around Run-the-Bank (RtB) and Change-the-Bank (CtB). In this challenging and exciting role, you will be part of the Technology Operating Office team.

YOUR CHALLENGE
- Support monthly closing & reporting processes for Group's Technology area
- Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and reporting
- Work with Microsoft SQL Server databases to support business and financial processes
- Analyse and validate data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions
- Support the design, maintenance, and documentation of relational data models
- Assist in troubleshooting data-related issues and implementing improvements
- Contribute to ongoing digitalization and data-driven initiatives

YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Finance or a related field
- 1-3 years of professional experience in a large
