Requirements

- Founding-manager mindset: you are energised by starting from zero.
- Proven SMB outbound sales leadership in B2B SaaS: you have managed full-cycle AE teams with consistent quota attainment.
- Hands-on outbound expertise: you can personally build sequences, pick up the phone, and run a cold call block.
- Fluent in Italian and English:



Italian is essential for coaching and call reviews.
- Willing to relocate to or already based in Barcelona: this is an on-site leadership role.
- Fluent in Spanish (native or C1+) and English.
