AND WHAT'S MY ROLE IN THIS?As a Spanish-speaking SDR,



you'll own the entire Spanish-speaking top of funnel, driving engagement from initial contact through to qualified demo handoffs for the Account Executives.
- Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing on a daily basis
- Execute multi-channel outbound outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn while testing new channels
- Build, test, and optimise outreach sequences based on data and performance hypotheses
- Shape and refine SDR processes within a fast-scaling startup environment
- Assist with initial customer onboarding to ensure seamless account setups
- Travel to Vienna for a temporary 1 month onboarding period to immerse yourself in company culture
