What you will do:

- Take end-to-end technical ownership of applications in Risk Management, Governance & Compliance, and ESG Reporting
- Manage the full application lifecycle, from implementation and configuration to upgrades and retirement
- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and integration concepts
- Coordinate releases, testing activities, and operational readiness with internal teams and external suppliers
- Ensure compliance with IT architecture, security, and data protection standards
- Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and support continuous optimisation initiatives

What you bring & who you are:

- 5+ years of experience in technical application management or application engineering, ideally in SaaS-based environments
- Solid understanding of integrations such as REST APIs, Single Sign-on, EntraID, and user provisioning
- Ability to turn business requirements into practical and reliable technical solutions
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented way of working with strong analytical skills
- Ideally, familiarity with Risk & Compliance processes or certifications such as ITIL, Azure, TOGAF, CISSP, or CISM
- Fluent English skills; German is an advantage
