Own and grow your categories end-to-end, building a fast, reliable grocery experience in our darkstore supermarkets. You will define the assortment, shape the customer offer, and drive commercial performance-directly impacting how customers shop and how the business scales.

As a part of the team, you will:
- Own your categories end-to-end: define and execute the category strategy across assortment, pricing, and in-app visibility to drive AOV, gross margin, and category penetration.
- Build best-in-class assortment within our darkstores: identify opportunities, follow trends, manage product lifecycle, track and action underperforming products.
- Lead supplier relationships: negotiate yearly contracts, improve commercial terms, and secure funding for promotions and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Brand Ads team to plan and execute in-store campaigns and promotions.




- Work cross-functionally with Operations and Demand Planning to ensure strong execution, availability, and positive customer experience.
- Oversee UX and Pricing of your categories.
- Support and mentor junior team members or interns.

Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a category manager or category buyer, preferably in FMCG within an e-commerce environment.
- Strong negotiation skills; you will have to close yearly supplier contracts and lead ad-hoc negotiations.
- Analytical mindset: ability to interpret data, analyze reports, and translate insights into clear action plans.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a focus on high-impact initiatives.
- Willingness to roll up sleeves to get things done.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance start-up environment.
- Native-level Spanish and fluency in English.
